Hi, I'm Chantel,

and I REALLY want to help..

I am a Trauma and Anxiety specialist who focuses on the mind-body connection in relation to our lived experiences.

In therapy I work with clients to bridge the gap between your mind and body in hopes of relieving the stress living in your body. My clients walk away from therapy with a better understanding of the impact of their lived experience, and a better understanding of themselves and their emotional responses.

 

My clients leave their sessions with more self-insight, and the tools needed to manage difficult emotions. Having insight and appropriate tools often lead my clients to feeling empowered, confident, and hopeful about their futures.
