Trauma Therapy
Trauma-Focused Therapy is a specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes how our lived experiences can impact our mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. As a trauma therapist I have additional training in trauma and use skills and strategies that are designed to help people overcome the effects of trauma experiences without re-traumatizing.

Treating Anxiety
Through the use of specific skills and strategies I work to help you uncover the underlying causes of your worries and fears; learn how to relax; look at situations in new, less frightening ways; and develop better coping and problem-solving skills. Therapy can give you the tools you need to overcome anxiety while teaching you how to use them.

Couples Therapy + Attachment Work
An attachment-based approach to therapy looks at the connections you have had throughout your lifetime with primary caregivers and others in your life and how they have impacted your emotional and physical relationships as an adult.
Couples Therapy is a mode of treatment that aims to enhance the connection between two adults engaged in a committed-relationship.
