Trauma-focused therapy with me is about safely exploring and understanding the ways past experiences continue to impact your life today. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we work to process difficult memories, reduce their emotional intensity, and uncover how they may be shaping your patterns, anxiety, and relationships.
