Hi, I’m Chantel, 

Life can feel heavy sometimes—especially for women. We carry so much: responsibilities, expectations, emotions, and the unspoken pressures of “doing it all.” On top of that, we go through big transitions—finishing school, starting a new career, moving into a new home, navigating relationships, becoming a mother—and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, unsure, or even disconnected from who we really are.

I specialize in working with women and young women who are in the process of discovering themselves. I’m a trauma and anxiety specialist, and what I love most about my work is helping women understand not just what to do to feel better, but why it works. Life is messy, and it doesn’t come with a manual—but understanding your experiences, where they come from, and how they’ve shaped you can be incredibly empowering.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to carry the emotional load, to juggle expectations, or to feel like you’re “too much” or “not enough.” I also know how deeply satisfying it is when you start to untangle all of that and see yourself more clearly—your strengths, your needs, and the woman you are becoming.

In our work together, we have opportunity to focus on anxiety, trauma, boundaries, and the challenges that are unique to women—but we’ll certainly explore your story, your experiences, and the ways your past has shaped who you are today. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

Life transitions and self-discovery aren’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey, helping you feel seen, understood, and supported every step of the way.
