Trauma Specialist and Clinical Social Worker

The fears we don't face become our limits

Do you remember a time when anxiety, irritability, and hopelessness, weren’t the “norm” … but those days feel like a distant memory? Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place.

I help my clients find empowerment, hopefulness, and confidence by equipping them with the skills they need to better understand themselves, and their responses to the world around them. I also help my clients to develop tools to manage the hard stuff.

I am dedicated to helping people find their confidence, and feel hopeful again.

I know what it's like to be afraid of your own mind...

It is hard to lay in bed night after night thinking about every little thing you have and think you will do wrong. It's hard to wake up every morning wondering if you have a purpose, or if you ever will. It's hard to face each day with a pit in your stomach, and a voice in the back of your head telling you this is pointless.

I get it because I have lived it myself, and I have devoted my career to creating a safe space for those struggling. I know that it can feel hopeless and like there might never be a solution to the anxiety, sadness, or pain.

So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and who is equipped to help create actual, long-lasting change.
